FAQ
-
How much space do I need to fit the equipment in my home for my session? The beauty of our system is that we have designed our inventory around functionality and space. Significantly less space than a normal home gym is required for us to bring the gym to your home! To date, the smallest space that we have serviced was a 10 ft x 6 ft home office which was more than enough room for a full body workout, even with his work desk in the space!
-
What types of equipment do you provide? When you book a session where we bring the gym equipment to you, you will have access to dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands, a portable squat rack, an adjustable workout bench, massage table for floor exercises if you are unable to get up and down, stability ball, yoga mat and battle ropes. We will build the right program for you incorporating all the necessary equipment to fit your needs.
-
Do I need prior experience to work with you?No experience is needed! The only requirement is filling out a health history form so we can best serve you. We have worked with thousands of clients in our careers, we are prepared to serve clients at any fitness level.
-
Does my one hour session include setup time?No way! You will have your full 1 hour personal training session strictly for your workout. We will be arriving about 15 minutes prior to your session to set up and another 15 minutes or less after the session to pack up.
-
I live in an apartment. Can you accommodate this?We will accommodate you wherever you are whether you are in a residential home, condo, office or in an apartment building! Our only requirement is that if you must have available parking in close proximity and elevator access if above the first floor for us to bring in and out our exercise equipment.
-
Do you service the entire Bay Area?We service the greater Marin County & Sonoma County regions. This allows our trainers to book consecutive appointments without extensive wait times between sessions due to extended travel. Travel outside of our service areas are available for appointment by contacting our team prior to booking and require an additional travel fee.
-
Can we meet in a park or other public setting?Weather permitting, meeting in a park or similar setting is no problem as long as there are no city restrictions at said location. We do however reserve the right to decline service to specific areas if we feel it is unsafe for our trainers, the client or others. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and will have to charge the full price for the session if we are unable to hold our session due to rain as this poses both a health risk and a risk of damaging our equipment, thus we allow you to book in a public place at your own risk in regards to the weather.
-
Is there a limit as to the number of people you can work with during my session? There is no limit, we can do one-on-one or small group personal training services. The fee per session is a flat rate as listed in the services and packages sections regardless of the number of individuals partaking in the training session. Our certified trainers have experience working with as many as 60 people at once, though for this setting we would suggest a max of 5-6 people for best client experience.
